Membership terms
Clear expectations for your membership, payments and participation.
About your membership
These terms cover Steady by Deanxious, its website and membership features. Steady is operated by Deanxious LLC, PO Box 33057, Portland, OR 97292, United States. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and billing information. Keep sign-in links private and do not share access with another person.
Steady offers education, practical resources and moderated peer support. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice or emergency care. Members and moderators cannot determine whether a symptom is safe. Continue to seek advice from qualified professionals; do not delay care because of something you read here. No particular health or wellbeing outcome is promised.
Plans, recurring payments and your rate
Your checkout must show the plan, currency, amount, billing interval and applicable taxes before you authorize payment. Monthly membership renews monthly and annual membership renews yearly until canceled. Annual billing is a yearly payment, not monthly installments. Payment is processed through Stripe.
The founding offer shown in the supplied sales page is $49 per month or $490 per year. Your confirmed checkout and receipt identify the plan you actually purchase. The founding-rate lock continues while your paid membership remains continuously active. Pausing or canceling ends that lock; returning members pay the rate available then.
Price changes and renewal terms will be disclosed as required before they apply. A failed payment may interrupt access; a payment failure does not, by itself, confirm that a subscription has been canceled. Contact support if a charge or membership status looks wrong.
Cancellation, refunds and returning
You can request cancellation through the membership billing controls in settings or by contacting support. The cancellation confirmation must show when access and billing end. Canceling renewal normally leaves access until the end of the paid period; it does not automatically issue a refund. If you cannot access your account, email support for help canceling.
The seven-day money-back guarantee is explained in the Refund policy. Requesting account deletion, unsubscribing from notification emails or leaving a circle is not the same as canceling billing. Ask support to confirm both billing and account actions when you want both.
Do not rely on a pause, plan-switching or proration option unless its terms are shown before you confirm it. Circle placement may change when you return. Unfinished pause and switching rules must be finalized before those options are offered.
Community participation and moderation
Follow the Community guidelines. Participation may be quiet: you do not have to post, turn on a camera or disclose medical details. Be respectful, protect others’ privacy and avoid diagnosis, harassment, unsolicited promotion or dangerous instructions.
Authorized staff may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content or limit an account to protect the community. Moderation involves judgment and does not guarantee that every harmful post will be prevented. You may ask support to review a moderation decision. Any billing or refund consequences of an account restriction must be communicated separately.
Human support follows published coverage and is not continuously available. Immediate replies and a particular circle, facilitator, session or therapist are not guaranteed. If Steady materially changes or cannot deliver a paid service, the team will communicate available options and honor applicable consumer rights.
Your content and Steady resources
You retain ownership of content you submit. You permit Steady and its service providers to store, display and process that content as needed to provide the feature you use, moderate the community and meet legal obligations. This does not grant permission to use your story as an advertisement or testimonial without your separate agreement.
Only share material you have permission to share. Do not publish another person’s identifying information, recordings, private messages or medical records. Do not copy member discussions out of the community.
Steady’s lessons, audio, illustrations and other materials are provided for your personal membership use. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except where applicable law allows. Report suspected misuse to support.
External providers, safety and disputes
Individual therapy is optional, separately arranged and paid for to the provider. Directory information is not a guarantee that a provider is suitable for you or available in your jurisdiction. Confirm credentials, availability, fees and treatment terms directly with the provider.
Steady cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or prevent every security incident or member action. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These draft terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a selected court jurisdiction.
Contact support first if a problem arises so the team can try to resolve it. Changes to these terms will carry an updated effective date and any notice or consent required by law. The final terms, privacy policy and checkout disclosures must be available before a paid membership starts.
